What countries do we Ship to?

We currently only ship to the UK. We will be opening up to more countries soon, check back here to find the latest details.

How long does shipping take?

We ship via Royal Mail

First class UK shipping takes 1-3 business working days.

Second class UK shipping takes 2-4 business working days.

 

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping 2nd class royal mail is £3.35 for UK.

Express 1st class royal mail is from £4.45 for UK.

 

please note, there are occasional strikes across the royal mail, the post office remains open for us to post your packages, however, as there may be some delays to letter and parcel services, we advise that you purchase early where you can. for more info on any strike dates - https://www.royalmail.com/latest-news

Returns

Do you take reruns?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@riseandresonate.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our returns shipping address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What to do if my product is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Rise And Resonate is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the Royal Mail to file a claim.

Can I exchange?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges.
