Hi, my name is Stacey,
For years I've had a passion for promoting wellbeing and spirituality on my social media platforms to help people find inner peace through paths of self care, spiritual development and health. I've seen the positives in sharing ideas, tips and guides across platforms and how the smallest actions can give someone the boost they need.

From "mini-meditation" guides to "crystal of the week" quizzes, it's given me so much joy to share my passion with you all in the hopes that it may help people look within and find peace, especially now in such strange times.

For a long time, I've wanted to do more! Rise And Resonate has been a project I've always put to one side due to life getting in the way, but with lockdowns and more time at home, I'd finally found the downtime to bring her to life! My dreams to create something solid to help people have come into manifestation.

When it comes to wellbeing or spiritual practices, I know experience is much more powerful than just reading about it, but also trying it on your own can be daunting and often unstructured.
This is why I've created my very own ritual kits, dedicated to bringing you the tools and guides I wish I had when I began meditating or wanting to manifest goals.

We all have daily rituals we hold dear in our lives, like that first cup of tea before work or winding down with a book before bed, so why can't other self-care or spiritual practices become ritual too? Anything in itself can be made into a ritual if you set the intention with it and be present in the moment when you practice.
So this is exactly what I've set out to make, Starter kits that can be woven into your daily rituals from bath time meditations to tailored blessing jars, each individually crafted with love, light and intention.

This whole brand was born from my love of meditation, spirituality and finding that peace and positive mindset within, something we need more than ever these days. All I've ever wanted was to share its benefits with the world and this is just my way of taking it the next level for you guys.
