I'm Stacey, a long-time advocate for wellbeing, meditation, and the law of attraction. For years, I’ve shared my passion for spiritual growth and mindful living across social media, offering everything from mini meditation guides to crystal of the week tips, all with the hope of helping others find their inner calm and power.

During lockdown, I finally had the chance to bring a long-held dream to life: to create a space that blends my love of spiritual rituals with tools that truly support healing, alignment, and self-discovery. That dream became Rise & Resonate.
